Working Out

Even though I have had a continuous headache for nearly 15 months now, I still find time nearly everyday to work out, although it is not quite the same as before my wisdom teeth were removed. I did cross country and track in high school and usually would work out by going for a long bike ride or a long run and sometimes both. Now I don’t go running much anymore, once a week at most usually. I also don’t bike quite as much either. I do of swimming and weight lifting these days. I don’t get the same feel good feelings out of swimming as I do with running; however, it still is a workout and usually helps calm down my headache, where as running sometimes makes my headache worse. Fishing Trip

Well the past few days I have been away in the backcountry of the Midwest. There are lots of many interesting wildlife in the area, such as mountain lions, wolves, coyotes, bobcats, and wild turkey. I only saw wild turkey, but I did hear coyotes at night. I ended up going fishing a lot. My friend is really into fishing and it was his place that I was staying at. I ended up catching a lot of bluegill and carpi. My friend got a lot of bass. We were trying to catch a giant catfish, but it never happened. We were also planning on going four wheeling; however, we could not get the ATV to start up for some reason. Midwest Misery

As you may know from the about me section, I live in the Midwest of the United States. This past week has been really awful as far as thunderstorms go. My house had some flooding through the window well in the basement earlier this week. But yesterday was the worst I have ever seen it. A real downpour occurred yesterday afternoon with lots of rain, thunder, and lightning. It rained so hard that my gutters could not handle the water and nearly a foot of water was outside of my house over the window wells. To make matters worse my neighbors sewer was forced to backup somehow. As time went on our entire front yards began to flood. The road in my subdivision flooded.
